Department of Eagles is Daniel Rossen, of Grizzly Bear, and his college roommate, along with other members of Grizzly Bear sitting in. It’s hard to describe, but it is definitely different than Grizzly Bear. That being said, if you are any fan of Grizzly Bear, you will like this. I have a biased view because I absolutely love Daniel Rossen’s voice, so I naturally fell in love with this album. Pro-tip: Look up the video for “No One Does It Like You”.
